Finally, my first attempt at baking a pizza with artichokes, zucchini and tofu. No cheese? No problem!

- After the initial 45 minutes, place the dough onto a round tray and try to flatten it.
- In a wok, take some oil and heat it.
- Add some chopped onions and garlic until the onions are fried.
- Add some zucchini, tofu, artichoke hearts and soy sauce and stir it well.
- Spread it on the dough and bake it at 400F for 25 minutes.
Tip: get extra extra firm tofu for best results.
